These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Products

We sell fragrance decants and samples prepared from genuine retail fragrance bottles. Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are supplied in our own sample vials or atomisers and not in the original branded retail bottle. Product and brand imagery may be used for identification and illustration purposes.

We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with the fragrance brands featured on this website. Brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue or other reasonable operational reason. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Fragrance colour, packaging and presentation may vary. A stated sample volume refers to the amount of fragrance supplied; a small sample may be provided in a larger-capacity vial and therefore may not appear full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
